“Do what you can, with what you have, where you are.”   -Theodore Roosevelt

Businesses everywhere operate in community contexts. Technological advancements allow us at Peloton to work from virtually any location, as long as we have a reliable, secure connection. Our physical location doesn’t matter like it did 20 years ago. The essence of Peloton isn’t our physical location, it’s our people, and our business community context is the unique set of relationships and volunteer work that we as Peloton employees and principals are each involved with.

In January this year, we established The Peloton Charitable Fund to support the good work of non-profit organizations in our community.  Our intent is to set aside a percentage of revenue each year to give to worthy causes that we care about and with which we’re involved as individuals.

By establishing the fund we’ve formalized our longstanding practice of corporate giving. Doing what we can, with what we have, where we are is both a challenge and a lot of fun. We look forward to sharing with you some of the stories of non-profits we’re partnering with in the months ahead.
