Title: Operations Manager
Location: Indianapolis, IN
Reports to: Executive Director

Status: Full time
Start date: before January 31, 2012
Job Summary
The Operations Manager is responsible for leading Peloton’s internal business operations. Anticipated allocation of time:
• Business process initiation & management: 40%
• General administrative support (including database management): 30%
• Client service (direct & indirect): 30%
Duties and Responsibilities
The Operations Manager can expect to focus in the following areas:
• Initiate and complete the account set up process for new clients
• Manage client relationship management (CRM) database and client portfolio reporting software applications
• Assist the firm’s principals in organizing business development activities
• Implement and manage client referral program
• Maintain office equipment and supplies
• Back-up day-to-day administrative responsibilities including:
o Manage accounts payable—paying vendors and suppliers, coordinating payroll
o Manage accounts receivable and billing process
o Administer benefits

Credentials & Skills
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Good written and verbal communication skills
Additional beneficial qualifications:
• Work experience in professional services environment
• Familiarity with specific accounting/financial software applications including Junxure, Portfolio Center, PackMan, and/or QuickBooks
Salary & Benefits
Compensation is competitive and based on industry standards.
