Matt is Chief Investment Officer, Chairman of the Investment Committee and Principal at Peloton Wealth Strategists. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, as well as an MBA in Finance from Indiana University. He has been with the firm since 1997.

Kenneth W. Kaczmarek, Managing Director

Ken is Chief Economic Officer, a member of the Investment Committee and Principal at Peloton Wealth Strategists. Ken holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and an MBA in Finance from Indiana University. Ken has more than 30 years of executive leadership experience in the financial services industry and has been with Peloton since 2002.

Stephen P. Carr, CFA

Steve is Director of Research and a member of the Investment Committee at Peloton Wealth Strategists. Steve holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Taylor University, an MBA in Finance from Loyola University–Chicago, and is a CFA charter holder. He has been with Peloton since 2010.

Nicole D. Wesley, Operations Manager

Nicole is Operations Manager at Peloton Wealth Strategists. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science from Florida Institute of Technology and has over seven years of client service and analyst experience in the financial services industry. She has been with the company since 2012.
